I had pre pay account, which now is trasnferred to monthly billing account but my EE account is still not reflecting the bills or other related infromation. It says the account is closed. Can you please check the issue.

@Usman206 : You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

@Usman206 , this is a public forum and we have no account access and do not know who you are, you will have to ring customer service to reset your account so that you can access it and delete the old account and using the same username and password, re-enter again , to see your account, pre-paid and monthly accounts do not mix.
