I need to access bill ( including all numbers) older than 12 months..

Hi @Johncooke74 If you'd like to request any past bills, you'd just need to give us a call, and then a guide can get those issues for you.
They won't be able to issue itemised bills if you haven't paid for them for the period you're requesting though.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
