The website is not letting me access a copy of my latest bill. A direct debit has been taken that is significantly more than my monthly contract but I can’t access my bill to see what any charges may relate to so I can query these

That doesn’t give me a copy of my bill. Just confirms I have paid which I already know but I need to know what was on the bill

No, but it should tell what extras you've paid for.

It doesn’t. It just tells me the bill has been paid and for how much but no details
