Iv been charged late payment I’m not paying this as I wasn’t paid to pay my bill

@Cassie33 If you can not pay your bill on time you’ll get late charges. You should have called customer service about this not left it thinking it’s going to be ok. EE isn’t responsible for when you get paid and you agreed to the payment date when you agreed to the contract and you agreed to late charges when you don’t pay on time as per the T&Cs of that contract.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
