Hi I upgraded 2 weeks ago. I sent my old phone back on 17th Oct, its now 24th Oct and i keep getting texts saying EE haven't received it yet.. what can I do

It is probably just going through the system to be scanned in. If you would like an update, it may be worth speaking to our customer service team.
