Hello
As title says I got a SIM only 30 unlimited data SIM in store last week for my 4g router as a stop gap till I get fibre in the summer, but as it turns out the signal it gets is way worse than my old three SIM I used to have so want to cancel.
In store says I cannot cancel this in store and it needs to be done on the phone as it needs to be recorded and when I ring 08000790103 they tell me I can only cancel it in store.
As you can imagine this is melting my head as I was told it was very easy to cancel at any time lol this is obviously a lie and someone's having me on here if anyone has any advice about who's in the wrong please help.

I know that now but apart from that you didn't answer my question about who's in the right, the shop or over the phone.

Just tried that and says I have to return it to a store to return it, I tried that yesterday and they told me I had to ring up to cancel it 😂 do they lose comission of I cancel it in store is that why they aren't helping me?
