We have not been able to print off our invoice which should be dated 2.3.26 for February usage. The website is saying that this invoice will be available from 2nd March but as at todays date it is still not available. This is holding up our Feb month end. I telephoned last week and one of your agents said they would call me back first thing Monday morning (9th) and send me an e mail copy of the invoice but of course this phone call did not materialise. Can you please let me know what is going on with the website and why we cant access our invoice.

I'm sorry you've not had an update since this was reported to our mobile guides.
We have no account access on the community to look into why the bill is not available. I would suggest getting back in touch on 150 and the team can see if they have an update on this for you.
