I have a £21 monthly plan but for some reason my bill is £24.02 a month.
Anyone know how that works?
Thanks in advance.

To resolve this would therefore need sight of your bill.
Can you either post up a suitably redacted copy to this forum, or you should contact EE CS on 150 who have access to your individual account.
