As the title suggests, I just received a text from EE stating 'we've added a 1GB Data Boost to your account because you've added a new plan', but I have not added a new plan. I have my 24 month contract, which ends June 2023 and also my daughters SIM only plan, which also ends in June 2023. I have checked this on the EE app and also checked all add-ons and there are only a few free add-ons showing on both accounts.
I was also recently paying for my wife's contract but that was transferred to an O2 SIM recently (came free with a Virgin media package) and I transferred the number using a PAC code and that no longer appears on my account, so it can't be that.
Any ideas? Just worried that something has changed on my account meaning I will start being charged for something I haven't taken out
