£100 back?

EE took £100 off me when I took contract out. They said I’d have it back within 6 months. All my bills up to date and approaching 6 months and still haven’t had it. Any help?

@Jasmine2003  what was the hundred pound for ?    If that was the upfront cost that’s not refundable as that’s the upfront cost you need to make to purchase the device as the tariff on its own doesn’t cover the whole cost of the device.    There is also nothing refundable at six months.

I was asked for an extra £100 payment which I would get back within 6 months?

I paid £100 on top of the upfront Cost and was told I’d have it within 6 months

@Jasmine2003 you shouldn’t have to pay any else apart from the upfront cost, you might be requested to pay £50 to have roaming activated early and you will get this back after 3 months you shouldn’t have to pay anything else upfront.

That'll be a refundable security deposit, possibly against roaming. You can get it back any time. Just call CS & request it.

Yeah had to pay £53 up front cost and then they said I can only take the contract out if I contributed another £100. Said something about within or after 6 months not too sure
