Hello @SandraAIG ,
Welcome to the community,
Are you sure it was Nigeria? I have just googled that number even just 0903, this sounds like a premium number to me, you would have had an international number before it, like UK is +44, so you would have needed +234, as that is the international code for Nigeria.
Sorry this has happened to you.

Hi @SandraAIG
Please give us another call on 150, the team can look into blocking international calls for you so this won't happen again.
Leanne.

You can check who owns those 09 Premium rate numbers at Phone-paid Services Authority - The UK regulatory body for phone-paid services (psauthority.org.uk) You can then complaint to them if you feel that you were not advised about the charges

Numbers that begin with 09 are not international calls, but are UK premium-rate numbers.
International calls would begin with either 00 or + followed by the country code. Nigeria's country code is 234, so a call to a Nigerian number would either be itemised as 00234 or +234

To where? Those are the charges the Premium Line Service provider makes, not your network. They will be the same whichever network you are on.
