Upgrade

Hi just wondered if anyone is able to advise. Is there a 'best' person to speak to I have been given 3 different prices for the very same thing bit told 2 different things. I hat upgrading and want it simple as possible please

But surely you have repaid the hardware cost after your minimum contract? Why is EE continuing to charge me for hardware after I have paid it off? Why doesn't my rolling contract revert to network fees only?
