I've recently changed to a similar only contract and have noticed on my recent bill that I've been charged nearly 6 quid for a 3 second call to an 09015 number which I never called. How do I raise this issue with ee and has anyone else had this?

@Shez304050 : That's a Premium Rate no. You'll need to dispute this with CS.

Hi Shez,
I’ve just noticed this number put on my next bill too! Have gone through all my calls made and no such number. Have you managed to sort out this problem? Any advice would be welcome

Same happened to me, just phone EE up , I've never used this number before either, but I was charged twice

The same advice applies as per previous replies - any disputed calls should be raised with CS on 150 from your mobile.

Having problems now with the same number now 23 Aug 2023 .
