Direct Debit Payment Failed.

I made direct debit payment through my card this morning. But it says that payment failed. But I have enough credits in the cards. Does anybody know the reason and way to rectify?Thanks in advance.

Payment made but unrecognised

Hi there, I wanted general info on how long my sim only contract had left and text the number 85075. Which have me this info but also said amount left will show on your final bill. Does this mean I’ve accidentally cancelled my contract?
