why can't I email for support?

i have just checked my bill, and its double what they guy on the phone said it was going to be when i asked him to find me a better deal.  I didnt even need or want EE tv, and its nothing but a pain in the bum because it makes my less than smart tv shut down every time i use it.  it took over a month to get my digital homephone to work, i was told my new bill would be 49 a month, and its bloody double that.  so far i am not impressed, i am struggling to pay bills like we all are, i am on universal credit, i cant afford 89 a month! can i cancell EE tv? will that bring the bill down?

If you get in touch with our broadband team on 0330 123 1105, they can check the bill for you and see what the extra charges are for. They will be go through all available options to see if you can bring the costs down and help with the EE TV problems you're having.
