trying to set up WiFi controls using the app and  Smart hub 7 plus.

have just moved over from bt, the router is set up and connected and my speed is 1.0gb, which is all great ,But in order to fine tune you need to use the app, and every time it says to "set up wifi control" ,Start the process to set up WIFI controls but never gets past the first step (see photo).

i have access to my router, through web page http://192.168.1.254, my account is connected though the app and i can see my "Your plan - Full fibre gigabit core"  and the length of my contract and i am getting download speeds of 1.0gb...my only issue is finishing setting up the EE app and having full access, it will not processed pasted step 1 of 2, which is "plus in the red cable", there is no option to skip only finish at a later time.
