returning what equipment??????

Hi

I have been asked to return a BT smart Hub 2 via an email today, however after a lengthy phone call last week i was told i did not have to return it when transferring to EE from BT.  so do you want it back or not. p.s i currently have, in my possession, 1 x tv box, i x mini tv box and a phone adapter plus 2 x EE hubs which have been sent to me due to errors by EE which have resulted in several contracts being cancelled. please help **********. also my old landline number has not transferred to my new digital voice service.

@daveyboy241 You need to take up questions and details with EE CS, the forum has no account details regarding who you are, all customers like yourself.
