Hello.
I have recieved two bags with a BT address and a bt/ee address to return the old router.
Anybody know which to use? or doesnt it matter.

Thank you for posting. You can use whichever bag you like, it won't make a difference as long as the equipment is returned. When you post that back please make sure to keep your proof of postage in case there is a delay with the marked as returned at the warehouse.

Hi @PDev500, you're returns bag should arrive within a few days of your service stopping with BT.
If it has stopped and you've not got a bag to return the equipment get in touch using the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and a guide will arrange for one for you.

After being switched over from BT to EE I'm in the process of returning my BT kit.
However, on the black wi-fi disc the small flimsy legs broke off some time ago.
Any idea if BT will charge me for the damage ?
