on hold for total of 25 mins, passed through security three times to finally speak to a person who put me hold again after repeatedly saying he would get me a discount on renewing broadband if i had mobiles included, and came back with an inflated cost p/m. He seemed very fixated on this point. He was advised several times that i received a quote already, once he realised he wasnt going to get an overpriced sale he just hung up.  Your team need call auditing to avoid his appalling practice. 

NB i really dont want to listen to an hour of house music one, never mind twice! its annoying and not in any way relaxing.
