@shakey19811 Are you expecting a pre-visit date from OR with your installation? Look back your old post's, the BT link should show what the state off play with your connection is if the details are indeed correct.

As both msgs say you need to wait for EE to contact you to firm up the dates.

@shakey19811 It would appear that you have a possible KC12 registered install, with you not supplying the requested information NO one can say elsewise regarding that, OR person will no doubt inspect see what is required, organise within the organisation what needs to be done and go that way, it is also as estimated dates they may also slip/slide allover the place whilst this is all going on. Takes time when an Installation is just not a straight forward deal.

Yes, KCI2 Assure confirmed. This means a two stage install with a survey stage to assess the work that needs doing & a route planned for the Fibre before the FTTP can be installed at your place. This confirms the need for a pre-visit date as well as the install date as EE has informed you it has yet to schedule. This is what is extending the timescale.

so from that i can take it that the previsit will go ahead on the date specfied and then the actual install when they are able to i just hope they confirm that the install will be done

hate for them to turn around and say the cant

thank you @XRaySpeX @JimM11

@shakey19811 Once you get the first part off the installation out off the way and if OR has to organise civils to dig/duct etc they also sometimes pull a fibre in leave it all coiled up on your external wall then it's a good to go second stage, delay's can/do happen both times so just no guarantees it all falls into place, but EE/OR do seem to be keeping you in the loop with e-mails/text's so that is a real good sign to start with.
