no WiFi which makes work near impossible. Going on for nearly a week in Edinburgh EH7 5DD. Ee claim only be fixed on 28 Nov. Completely unacceptable and not even offering refund.

@james588 Sorry, just a user like yourself! Deadline moves depending on what is required for the fix, and also who is doing or taking care of it, there is no claim for auto compensation, as long as you have reported the fault then after 2nd day of not being fixed compensation start's off, paid 30 day's once they know what is the due payment.
If EE do not know exactly what the fault condition is then they cannot pass any information on, it is just the way it is, may not be to the satisfaction but they are supplying estimated fix times and estimated is what it means can slide either way early/latter.
