no bill produced

my bill date is the 10th of the month and i still have not had my January bill, all has been fine untill this month. as this is now two weeks over due, please could someone let me know what is going on, i have had no message to suggest there is a problem but there clearly is.

Is your direct debit the 10th? 

Can you log into your My EE account, what is the date showing for the last bill?

Hi

My bill produced date it the 10th of the month, last being 10/12/22, the bill is due normally to leave my account tomorrow.
