So last week I got FTTP and a new smarthub. all working fine untill today I tried to access Cynergy online banking.. just couldnt, came up with hmm cant reach this page. tried on laptop on phone & ipad, however I could log in using my mobile data. So I guessed router was blocking this, no resolve from EE at all, anyone else had this issue? I was able to log in fine with old router. Girl I spoke to came up with excuses such as security etc. and if router was bocking there was nothing they could do. Absolutely not happy & am going to cancel within 14 day cooling off period
