Hi,

In order to cancel your EE contract you need to contact EE Directly -> Contact Us About Broadband and Landline Billing and Account | EE

But if you've still got time left on your contract you will likely have early termination charges for dropping your contract so if that's the case it might be worth asking about a home move instead. Also that date is tomorrow which tbh means you've left this to the last minute which will likely make it so much more complicated. Good Luck.

What's the contract for? Mobile or fixed Home Broadband? As you're talking about moving out it sounds as tho' it's fixed Home BB. If so, have you considered a BB Home Move?

Are you still within the min. term of your contract?

Anyway you'll need to give either 14 or 30 days notice. So it can't be tomorrow.

@Profile closed : If you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice. Have you considered a BB Home Move?
