money taken wrounge date

changed the date for bill but they took money on the original date what can I do

@penny1982 while bills are usually processed by Direct Debit, this means, as EE send a request to collect money from Your account at least 2-3 days in advance.

Once You change date for payment, it will usually reflect this from next available date, but if you changed it "too close" to Your original payment date, there is possibility, as original instruction was made, once last time, before it will change, for example:

 

original payment date is 10, which on top of it is now over the weekend (10/3 Sunday)

You will request today (7/3) to change payment date to 21st...

 

It might, or not, be processed, and changed from  10/3 to 21/3, whilst You changing it  "too close" to next payment date due..

 

Regardless, once money left Your account via Direct Debit, You paid your bill, and that's it... There is nothing really to do with it, just check, as next month it will be already new date for DD
