Anyone know why no internet around Indian Queens in Cornwall?

Which service checker was it you used here?
We would usually recommend sending us a text with HELP to 66033, then our automated fault checker will run some tests on your line and recommend some troubleshooting steps too.

I know of one other neighbour who's internet is out so I am assuming its the whole neighbourhood.
I tried the EE service checker but its not working.
