The EE app has stopped pairing with the SH+. It did work initially but now I just see the revolving blue/green circle. I deleted and reinstalled the app yesterday and it did pair once but now doesn't. In fact should you always have to re-pair every time you start the app (mine has always done this)?
Other than this all is working fine. I can access the hub via the admin IP.
Any ideas on a fix ?

@BobN27 Call EE CS and have them look at your account to see if there are any issue's, pair it once is all that is required but it is not the best app to deal with!

Thanks will give it a go. Just tried deleting the app and restarting my phone then reinstalling app. It assumed I was starting from scratch with a new hub but after going through everything it did pair but it still doesn't remember the pairing if I close and open the app.
