@garyforteath Is there no label stuck on the EE Router somewhere if not you are going to need a replacement?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Usually there is a sticker on the back of the router/hub, or in my case, on the back on the hub there is a section that slides up - the password will be on here. If still no luck, you'll have to manually factory reset the hub (pin hole on the back, depressed for 15-30 secs with a pin). If you do perform a factory reset, the hub will revert to the original password. 

@Cr4zyHarpy : If there is no longer any label then factory resetting it won't make you any wiser .You'll still to call CS to see if they have a record of it or get a replacement router.
