please help me to connect my home internet, when i do it through the site i press check phone, everything freezes and does not move on what to do, how to apply for home broadband

@Maryna : Are you trying to order Home BB from EE or do you already have it but are having issues connecting with it?

I don’t have it, I want to order this service, but since I am a client of this company, I chose the home Internet from you, and then it doesn’t work, when checking my number, the system freezes, I can't type because I don't speak English well 🥹
