Thank you for prompt reply. Perhaps you can advise if I switch to EE for broadband, will they guarantee unbreakable broadband?, my current supplier have left me on 4 occasions with no internet after promising better and faster coverage when i left my old neighbourhood, and I am only asking for a constant supply,

Thank you in advance

No ISP can guarantee you unbreakable broadband. Most of them run on the same infrastructure & that's w/out considering the state of the line to your specific house & its internal wiring.

You want guaranteed BB get yourself a dedicated leased line & even that will be subject to an SLA.

@denton2021  as has been mentioned, no ISP can provide unbreakable internet. But there are thing you can do to minimise outages. EE can provide Smart Wi-Fi which can provide internet via the mobile network if your main line goes down. But how good your internet is depends on what kind of services are available at your location.

You can find out more if you enter your phone number in the BTW DSL Checker.

Hey this is what they say discount off bill and extra data !! On mobile plan.

I have rated EE as fab almost forever but they have been a major let recently and tbh can't ever find what I need via self service or app and then gotta call..likei have time to call each time you mess my Internet up.  I want to find my contract end date BUT THIS IS HIDEN FROM APP OR ONLINE AND SELF SERVICES!!!!! ALL OTHER BITS LIKE UPGARDE ADD DEVICES IS ALL THERE INSTANTLY.  but for me I want out.  Speeds drop BAD !!! Router is old as they come never offered me updated one form UPGARDE to so called faster connection!!!! Then decided to offer me plan without landline......BUT YOU PAY 10 QUID EXTRA HOW THE CRAP IS THIS A DEAL . issues get ignored and I have been EE for so long and they was the best around for customer service,  products deals always beat others but feel they too big for the boots now and don't have the time or respect for us consumers as long as bank balance is ticking up . Lock them in and let us down

@Bec20151 :

  1. Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
  2. Fibre w/out Landline is not £10 dearer then with a Landline voice service. In fact it is £2 cheaper.
