Since receiving my Smart Hub 7 Plus, my landline won't connect to hub. I can't text EE as my moblie phone won't call out unless it is over What's App. I can't get through to a person and am feeling rather lost! Can someone please help me?

there is nothing to plug into - the phone has only one cable and that is to the power socket

i refuse to pay for my landline service if it is not available. i want this sorted as soon as possible please.

Is it a BT/EE Digital Home Phone? If so, you switch it on & pair it with the integrated DECT base station in the router over DECT using the WPS buttton of the router.

Finally sorted by signing into the admin hub and registering the handset. Now I can call EE to sort out why I have no mobile network!
