help i have no phones or internet

help i have a fault on my line and it has happened half way through updating to my new phone so my old phone which is working is now saying no sim the new phone which is stuck updating  has the sim as i digitally installed it. i cannot make or receive calls to my phones sent texts or messenger. the update say it can take up to four hours then it goes down to 34 mins and back up. i have arranged a repair for my land line and house phone for next Wednesday that was the earliest i did that when my partner was here but he has gone out now and i hadn't realised that i had no calls etc until after he left. i cant even contact ee this is my only way 90s style using the main pc which i have no idea how it is working but it is and this forum is the only place i can contact  anyone digitally to try and fix my problem so any help would be gratefully accepted i am so stressed and fed up the new iphone i ordered yesterday i was told had three cameras but it is the basic iphone 15 but because my old iphone broke yesterday screen issues that i managed to fix as it had froze is just about working enough to change to the new phone i am having to use the 15. sick of technology today and my reliance on it .

I am sorry to hear this is happening when trying to set up your new iPhone. 

Did your old phone have a physical SIM or an eSIM?

Since your post is your phone still updating?

Hi katie thanks for getting back to me.

It seems i am getting less than a meg wifi from ee broadband i have reported a fault still no phone line. Phone took 24hrs to update and download apps absolutely ridiculous it also looks like the fact i took out new phone and contract i have lost my netflix which wasnt explained to me i will be ringing them today now i have at least one working phone. Also i had a sim in my old phone but during update i digitally transferred it to the new one and then it went into update mode and thats when everything went wrong but now it seems i have a digital sim as my old phone with the sim in it says no sim.

I don't think there is much help available for me other than to ring and complain and try and find out whats happened and get it sorted. The worse thing is tho ee could have helped me with my old phone as it was only frozen i did the volume button trick and it started working fine again. I am gutted and fed up thanks for getting back to me. Also i am replying to your message from my email so i have no idea if this will post to my chat or end up in your inbox lol so sorry if it arrives as an inbox lol.
