I am looking for any advice and help to link my broadband account.
I recently switched from BT to EE and was notified that my first bill was available. I followed the email link and tried to link my broadband account but each time I request a confirmation code, nothing appears. I have checked the mobile number in the account and it is accurate and can receive confirmation codes to this mobile - BUT NOT WHEN I REQUEST IT FROM THE LINKING OPTION.
Can anyone help or can an moderator take my details and check this out for me, please.

@JimM11Oh well, both arrived through the original email address. Wait a minute, the penny has dropped.
I have not subscribed to this topic with my new user account. Therefore, I am only receiving notifications for the original account. The notifications that I have received for the new account on the 'new' email are for those where I have been specifically mentioned or I have received one of the 'awards'.
I will now subscribe to this topic and presumably the 'new' email will also bring notifications.
