double nat issue

I'm having an issue connecting to Ubisoft servers and I believe it to be coming from my double NAT type I'm wondering if there's any way to resolve this issue with the double NAT type.

What sort of setup have you got that's giving you a double NAT? With an EE router & a straightforward setup you don't get a double NAT. Which EE BB router have you?

I have a EE smart router, I tried to call up EE broadband support but the guy didn't even know what a NAT type was.

Are you plugged directly into your smart router, or are you going through another device?

As I said you don't get a double NAT with just an EE Smart Router. There must be some other device in there.

Is this something being reported from a games console? What NAT Type is it finding? I doubt it talks about doubles NATs.

Why do you think you have a "double NAT type"?

 

Also what's changed at your end? New service, new router, just started using Ubisoft etc. ie. was it working previously and what has changed between then and when it stopped working.
