Yes, as it is you that is moving & therefore making a variation to the contract you made with EE to provide BB at your old addy.

How is it EE cannot fulfil your contract in your new addy? Are EE completely unable to provide any BB at the new addy?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your new addy.

they said there are no lines here at all so i would have to start a new contract with  mobile date broudband router. which i wont do. its 3 times more expensive. there is still 6 months left on my current broadband at the old address and as they cannot fulfill any contract for me at my new address aka move it with me, i want to know if i am liable to pay the usual way of exiting as it isnt my fault

If you would post the table I requested we would be in position to discuss more on these circumstances.

i dont know how to do that, i can just say EE told me on the phone that there are no lines here at all and they cannot provide internet. so my current 18 month contract would not be able to continue here

Just click on the link I gave you, select the Address Checker & fill in your new addy.

y basic question is, in light of EE not being able to continue my contract at my new address, am i liable to pay to get out of it, since they cant fulfill it its their issue really, just so i can go and follow through. this is just a quick question for a basic idea

You really just need the house no. or name + postcode.
