I am at my wits end trying to contact either EE or BT, I was a member of BT and wanted to change to EE, I did this 3 weeks ago and connected my box, I was happy, I then tried to log into my EE account but could not. I tried phoning 0330123150, you are given 2 options and both denied me access to my account. I then contacted on text help, explained to agent, who then hung up on me. I then tried to connect to my old BT account and it comes up as page not available. how in hell do you contact these company`s.

Hi there @Skippy8
I am very sorry you are unable to access your account and have had this experience contacting us.
Could I just check, what happens when you try and access your EE account? Are you using the EE app or EE account online?
You can find ways to contact us on the Technical Support | Contact Us page.
Speak soon 🙂
Leanne.
