The BT router worked so nicely and now forced to deal with the issues with the EE stuff. I have a Traeger grill/smoker which is controlled by an iPhone app. To do this, you need to pair the smoker with the app on your phone via the router WiFi. I had no trouble doing this with the BT hardware, but I've spent 4+ hours trouble shooting with the help of the Traeger tech support including manual reconfiguration of the EE router. The Traeger "sees" the network but will not verify and connect to it. I've tried turning off all the security I can find on the EE router and still cannot connect. I have to believe there are other Traeger owners who have been forced to switch to the EE hardware. If you are out there, please share your experience.

@pthomasoms And it's unfortunate, the BT equipment does not need to be returned for up to 60 day's but that is gone now. Had you waited then another story, and there can also be other reason's that it will not join the wi-fi, so down to the router again, your app and analyze what is the best signal at the smoker, then into the router and adjust settings, for me WPA2-Personal, Compatible wi-fi 5 mode, 5Ghz turned off, 2.4ghz fixed channel, all the time doing so SAVE as you go through it, router off, leave couple mins, router back on and as you have to use the IOS app try again and see what happens...
