changing router settings to view images in cloud

I am trying to view Marhewsons car Auction site, but cannot see images.

Advised that their image library is hosted by something called Bidpath and that my Router settings need to be changed to allow "Mathewsons.bidpath.cloud" to function.

Can someone please advise how this is achieved?

@MrKripling Got nothing to do with anything EE Hub settings wise that i would suspect, VF connection and no problems seeing any off the lots etc. Just be sure you have NO age restrictions or anything applied via your app etc to the EE Hub.

@MrKripling : Is that a fixed Home BB router or a mobile router?

I can get to Mathewsons car Auctions from EE Home BB & am able to see all the images.

Hi @MrKripling

Welcome to the community.

You may need to change your parental controls, as @JimM11 suggested. You can find steps to do it, depending on your router, here on this Using Parental Controls help page.

Chris

Had advanced web protect enabled. Turned off now all OK. . . . . thanks
