set my mobiles and internet up, but when i log into ee it saying broadband still pending order, tried getting in touch but no answer.

@Rickyt1   when is your broadband due to go live?

Which service and router do you have?

Did you follow the advice on the Help Page?

I am live have been for about a year now, but still showing same message. I have sorted the mobile side out. Its just am changing banks so trying to change bank details over

@Rickyt1  sorry thought it was your broadband you were having issues with.

However customer services should be able to help if you give them a call.
