broadband not working

Hi

Is anyone's broadband not working in the Staines area?

Just messaged EE and they say there is an issue in my local.

They are hoping to have it back up and running soon but not until tomorrow at 00.45am which is no good for tonight.  They must of know of the problems as its been down now for several hours.

I'm fed up with EE even this new EE Broadband is useless, buffing and losing connection.  With the old EE I had to get Sky out who managed to reroute through a sky modem, our phones have to be wifi calling to receive and answer calls.

Anyone got any good ideas.

All you can do is wait as they tell you. In the meantime you could use a mobile phone for data or get a mobile router.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

@p_moody1 If EE have told you there is a problem and a repair is in place, then that is it, you just wait until it is back up and running.
