Hello @Ruth2603 ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you checked the terms and conditions for your broadband? It is normal that it goes up every year, but also if you have come up for renewal, I would suggest you ring customer service and they may come up with a better deal. Take a look at your bill, you may find why it has gone up, this happens to all companies.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Ruth2603 : Have you reached the end of your min. contract term? Your bill will increase at that time as you would've been informed when you took it out. You can see this even now with EE's current offers:

Fibre Plus Broadband
  • 54-73 Mb/s estimated download speed range
  • £27 a month, 24 month contract, then £32 a month

Which EE BB package do you have?

Instead of letting your current contract run on at the higher price, all you have to do is commit to a new 24-month contract for the same BB package at a lower price than you are paying now. You can do this online thro' your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan .
