every month i get an email on the 15 saying my direct debit failed, my arranged pay date is the 16th so if you try to take payment the day before i get paid it will refuse the dirst debit... surely thats just common sense, how can my bank pay a bill the day before i get paid? please stop trying to take the money early.

@J-R why don’t you change your bill date ? Push it back a few days this is possible from within your online account or by calling customer support.

i have done that i changed it to the 20th but they stll try to take payment on the 15th every month, why dont they just take the payment on the date i asked for?
