I keep trying to pay my bill but won’t let me do it it keeps cancelling my internet off until I ring up and pay but won’t let me on the app and I didn’t realise I hadn’t been paying it as when I went into ee and set up my internet they told me the money would just go out my bank each month but It hadn’t been and I didn’t realise so now there trying to cancel it and my credit is now bad🤦♀️
