used to be with sky had now issues with broad band or WiFi since moving too ee nothing but issues speeds and constant hub resets it’s self at random times then WiFi stops broadcasting had three replacement hubs keep calling them I am loosing the will to live it’s so frustrating

@Stokiesteve09 Been the other way also, sky/EE/back to sky and now over to vodafone, Started off with EE on FTTC with the SH31B hub as the move from sky, it had many problems on the connection, was never a problem before with sky, would not hold the sync speed, had 6-7 Engineer visit's and the last OR Engineer spent 4 hours and back traced the error to a poor connection at the main GPO junction box, just shows how old with GPO marked on that, lifted the pair direct crimped them instead of the screw connection box and then ZERO issues for at least 4 months, after that switched over to Full Fibre, EE/Sky/Vodafone with that an not one single problem on Fibre at all....
