@Laurie112 What is the model of the EE router, and the model of the EE Smart wi-fi booster? Blue would be good, so are you now trying to connect via a wireless device at the booster side?

I actually don’t know the full details as the EE login isn’t loading for me and I have flung the boxes out all a can say is u have Smart hub plus with full fiber 900mpbs

@Laurie112 Labels are on the bottom of each device so you know, SH31B is EE router, and SW30A is the Booster to go with it.

If they are setup correctly, and say your mobile is working near the router, ie you have the wifi bars, when you go out into the bottom of garden were the booster is, then the mobile should connect to that device and give you internet access. If not, take booster back to router, press reset on it, connect ethernet cable from router to booster and allow them to re-pair, not sure if this is how you did it originally, will send the setup link below for ethernet setup.

@Laurie112   the model name of the router and the booster will be mentioned on a panel underneath each device.

Is your issue really fixed or did you click the wrong button?

@JimM11  Seems you typed a bit faster than me.

As for clearing the fix, alas I can't this time, I suspect someone with more powers, but perhaps less knowledge than me or you marked this one solved. Strange things have been happening more than normal on here..

@Mustrum Think it was the OP who clicked no idea were the sucker even is, not to worry, someone as you say can spot and clear.
