Hi everyone,
I was upgraded to the EE Smart Hub Pro and WiFi Pro units this week on my 1.6Gbps service. Very impressed so far and definitely notice the difference over the Smart Hub Plus. It's also so far resolved a disconnection issue I was seeing on the plus device.
As part of the set up I enabled WiFi Enhancer for work and gaming. However when I try to turn them off or turn on stream mode it loads the DumaOS screen and then displays the message: "Dashboard not implemented for this unit".
I've tried power cycling the router and still getting the message. I can see what is enabled in the app, it's when I try and click in to change it. Ping optimiser and geo fencing seem to load.
Any ideas with this specific error? I don't want to reset the router given i got it up and running etc yesterday, but might have to if it's the only way to turn off the enhancer.
Thanks

@MikeAlanR Talk to the EE team who are the specialist's for the wifi Enhancer mode they should be able to advise you what is going on!

@MikeAlanR Are you paying for the service, or do you have it included in your broadband package?
Which broadband service do you have?

@MikeAlanR You wont find much about the wifi Enhancer product on the Forum, all you will see is that people do not use or complain about it not working! Good idea but takes great care implementing even on a good router!

I might be wrong but I’m sure the WiFi enhancer only works on the Smart Hub Plus and not the Pro.
EDIT: Ignore me, it is Stream mode that is only available on the Plus router.

@Colesey You may not be far off the mark but would suspect that it is not fully implemented for working more so with the later Pro product never mind anything else! It is sold with the made for gaming package which more favours the higher speed packages from EE!

@MikeAlanR - are you using an iPad per chance? I see this same issue when trying to access the feature from a device running iPadOS. Seems fine when accessed using iPhone/Android but the iPad seems broken.

Tablet or phone? What is the default web browser? Chrome or something else?
