WiFi Disappears

Hi,

I have just changed to EE, and connected the broadband. It’s visible on our devices for us to connect to WiFi.

As soon as I try setting up the app, the app can’t connect, and the EE WiFi disconnects from all connected iPhones, Mac’s, TV’s etc, and disappears as a WiFi option. The only way to then get it back, is to turn the broadband off, delete the app and try again.

No matter what I try, it’s the same result. Am I doing something wrong, or is the broadband faulty?

Many thanks 🙏

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I resolved the problem:

I turned off the Smart Hub Plus, and deleted the app. I used the IP http://192.168.1.254/ to access the dashboard, and did a factory reset.

This time everything worked out as it should, connecting to the app, and remaining visible and connected to everything else. Never seen anything like it before, but all works as it should now.

I appreciate your reply though.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have?
