Wi-Fi Extender

Having moved from BT to EE I have a white square extender that works fine, but I was sent an additional extender which was a BT branded disc and this will not connect to the system. Was I sent this disc in error? Is there a specific way to add them to the system?

A square BT WifI extender? Dunno that 1. The white BT "High St." Whole Home WiFi discs should work with any current EE router. It's the black BT Complete WiFi discs that don't.. But they are both circular.

What model names & colours are the 2 BT extenders you have?
