Why is there still no parental controls on my home broadband hub. Says log into app but hey are not there. I have young kids on the internet and need want to block adult websites. Surely you are failing customers and putting children at risk if we can’t do this. Changed from BT where we could easily apply controls but with EE we can’t.

@Hudson80 When did you change over from BT - EE, what router are you currently using, and which version of the app is currently installed in the mobile device android/ios?

@Hudson80 As you do not mention which router that you are using, with the new version of the app under manage/broadband/groups that is were you will find parental controls to switch on/off once you have group assigned may be other ways of doing also but do not use the feature. HTH

When you go on the app and click manage it says the attached. The app never works.

@Hudson80 Has the app ever asked or tried to pair to the router? Have yo ever called CS to have them check also.

Customer service said to make sure it was the latest version. Don't think I have been asked to pair it - how do you do that?

@Hudson80 Not an ios user, app needs to know about the router, otherwise how can it control the devices, think it is part of the install on the app when it asks to connect to the router... Android version is 5.42.1 so ios would also be around that i would assume.

Will have a look later. CS said though that there were no parental controls on the ee we are on.

@Hudson80 Parental controls are dependent on the router that you have, post a picture of the one you have.
