I have been paying for broadband for several moths from you, but I am not living in the property yet, I wanted to use your EE Wifi service, but for some reason my broadband package has not moved over from BT to your website, yet I'm paying you.

Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c?

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

There was issues moving my account over from BT, and they cancelled it for me to setup when I moved into my new council flat, this has been delayed since I am in hospital for a while so I don't currently have a EE broadband, and I don't seem to be paying for it either (something I didn't realise would happen). If I have to pay extra money to get the full speeds back I would be happy to, as it may be a while before I move into the property, and I am relying on mobile data. Do you think this could be the problem, and would I be able to resolve it with extra monthly payments?

Sorry i thought i was replying to another post, i actually sorted this over the phone with very good customer service, sorry for the confusion.
